Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been dispatched. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
