Order Processing Time
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days.
- Processing time begins after payment is received and personalization details are confirmed.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Personalized items are created specifically for you.
- Please double-check names, dates, spelling, and design selections before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
- Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Mockups may be provided for certain items for an additional cost. If applicable, production will begin after approval.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.
A Gift of Surprise is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- All personalized and custom items are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations
- If production has not started, orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Many of our products are made using wood, cork, leather, or other natural materials.
- Variations in grain, color, and texture are normal.
- These natural differences are not considered defects and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
Care Instructions
Care instructions may vary by product and will be included when applicable.
Improper care or use may affect the lifespan of your item and is not covered for replacement.
